Information collected through Facebook and Instagram lead forms

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. If you request an estimate using a form inside one of those ads, the details you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, street address, and a description of the work you want done — are passed to us by Meta. Meta also holds a copy and handles it under its own privacy policy, which you can read at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

We use that information to contact you about the project you asked about and to prepare an estimate. We do not use it for any other purpose, we do not pass it to other contractors, and we do not sell it.

We also use Meta’s advertising tools to record whether an enquiry became a customer, and Meta uses that record to improve who is shown our ads. This tells Meta about the outcome of an enquiry. It does not give other advertisers access to your personal information.

How long we keep your information

Meta removes leads from its own Leads Center 90 days after the form is submitted. On our side, we keep estimates, invoices, job records and correspondence for as long as we need them to carry out the work and to meet our business and tax record-keeping obligations. If you asked for an estimate and did not go ahead, you can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Correcting or deleting your information

You can ask us to correct your information, delete it, or stop contacting you. Call 480-430-3376 or email overlandpainting@gmail.com and tell us what you would like removed, and we will confirm once it is done. There is no charge, and asking will not affect any work we are currently doing for you.
